Privacy Policy

Examifyr ("we", "us") operates examifyr.com, a free practice-test and exam-readiness tool. This policy explains what we collect and why. We aim to collect as little as possible — you do not need an account to use Examifyr.

What we collect

• Practice activity: the questions you answer and your results, tied to a random session token — not to your identity.
• Purchases: if you buy an AI Report or Practice Pack, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Email, if you buy: we use your email to deliver the report or pack you bought, sent via Resend.
• Email, if you ask for your score or study plan: on the results page you can have your score and a study plan emailed to you. We store your email with that result (score, readiness band, weakest areas, and the exam you took) and, if you give it, your exam date, which paces the plan. We then send a small number of study emails tied to that plan and record any re-test you take from it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• How you found us: the site or campaign that referred you is kept in your browser session and attached to your test attempt, so we know which channels help people. This uses session storage, not cookies.
• Page views: we count page views and clicks on outbound tutor links. These counts carry no personal data, only the page and the link.
• Feedback: anything you submit through the feedback form.
• Requests: if you use the request a feature form, we store the text you submit and the page you submitted it from — no name, email or phone number is collected. That form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.

What we do NOT do

• No user accounts or passwords.
• No advertising cookies and no third-party ad tracking.
• We do not sell your personal information.

How it's stored

Practice and purchase records are stored in our database (Neon, a managed PostgreSQL provider). Payment data is held by Stripe under their security and compliance program.

Service providers

We rely on Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting), and Anthropic's Claude API (to generate your AI report from your results). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service. Some pages link to tutors on Wyzant; we share nothing with Wyzant, and what happens after you click is covered by their policy (see our affiliate disclosure).

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in any study email to stop them at once. To have your email and results deleted, request deletion of a purchase record, or ask a privacy question, email hello@examifyr.com.
